Registration

To register for RAMOO 2025, please fill out the following form. For organizational and technical reasons, we kindly ask you to register by 10 August 2025. In case of questions, contact clemens.thielen@tum.de.

The registration is free of charge. Coffee/tea and soft drinks between sessions, as well as a light lunch, are offered to the participants. The form asks whether you plan to attend the conference dinner at Restaurant TONI’s (located at Genusshotel Wenisch, Innere Passauer Str. 59, 94315 Straubing) on a self-pay basis.

Purposes and legal bases for the processing of personal data

The purpose of processing is to fulfill the public tasks assigned to us by the legislator, particularly to inform the public. The legal basis for the processing of your data arises, unless otherwise stated in this privacy policy, from Art. 4 Para. 1 of the Bayerischen Datenschutzgesetzes (BayDSG) in conjunction with Art. 6 Para. 1 Subparagraph 1 Letter e) of the Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO). Accordingly, we are permitted to process the data necessary to fulfill a task assigned to us.

Right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection, and complaint

I have the following rights:

Deletion of the data

In the event of withdrawal, the processed data will be deleted from the database within two weeks upon receipt of my withdrawal declaration, if this is technically feasible.
